This photo shows the huge rough Slab GH170-3. It has a great combination of straight grain throughout yet with a lovely burl feature on the right end. When fully finished it will be absolutely amazing, a stunning showpiece in any space.
We can treat the slab in a number of different ways depending on your preference. We can fill the cracks with clear resin producing an uninterrupted, defect free smooth surface. Alternately, a natural finish provides a more rustic or farmhouse look. Notably, this slab has a very practical shape, fairly consistent width, yet an organic and soft outer live edge. Inlaid Solid Bronze Butterfly are a wonderful decorative accent, but certainly not required.
Great rooms, open floor plan homes, and large office gathering spaces are perfect settings for this piece.
