    2. Contact the studio directly. Either email [email protected], or call 412.587.4166 with your specific information. Lisa Schmidt, Jeffrey’s former Studio Manager, joined Paramount Wood Co. after the acquisition. Lisa – or another team member – will be able to provide a firm quote and estimated completion time and answer any questions you may have regarding the entire process. Please contact us as soon as possible when you have made your choice. We will prepare a signed invoice with full details for your order and email it to you by the end of the next business day.

Shipping is available in the continental United States and worldwide. By providing the delivery address and contact phone number we will be able to get an exact quote for you. Delivery in the continental US is white glove that includes full insurance, blanket wrapping, inside assembly and placement of your piece in your desired location. Shipping costs are billed to you directly by the shipping company.

A deposit of 50% of the invoice total is required to secure the slab and place the order. Please note that slabs can only be held for a customer for 48 hours after they are invoiced.

The final payment is due prior to shipping. You will receive an email with an image of the completed piece along with the request for final payment. Delivery arrangements will be made after receipt of the balance due.

The acceptable forms of payment are personal check, wire transfer, or credit cards with an additional 3.5% fee. Personal checks will need to clear before the piece is released.

Complete banking instructions for wire transfers and mailing instructions for checks will be sent with every invoice.
