While I am thrilled with the selection and variety of the unusually wide, beautiful slabs I have found of late, it’s so exciting to see this gem at 36″ wide. I find the surface grain pattern just mesmerizing, what a lovely soft visual. The Live Edges add a bit of width variation, yet I assure you it only adds to its appeal and is entirely practical for guests when seated.
Nevertheless, as with virtually all slabs, the outer Live Edge can be softly sculpted for a more consistent width.
