Another new slab from a recent trip to Lancaster County, this is a fantastically curved Book Matched Black Walnut.
It has the combination of both straight grain and wonderful burls for visual surface interest.
Water-clear epoxy resin will fill any natural inclusions for a perfect, flat surface.
Seating for 12 is possible with the end widths as shown.
Surface features will glow with a deep luster after final sanding and polishing.
