What a fantastic pair of wonderfully figured Black Walnut boards. The left end has a “crotch” feature adding to its unique natural beauty. The width is extremely rectilinear as shown with a consistent width of 46″. If you prefer, the minimal lighter sapwood can be tinted to match the wonderful rich color of the heartwood.
It certainly will have presence in any space at 2″ thick and can seat 10 comfortably, possibly 12 for larger gatherings.
