This design won Jeffrey Greene the 1999 NICHE Award. This piece is in the permanent collection of the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

This Windsail Bench is beautifully suited for placement next to a staircase or in a foyer. The height, length, and back curve can be custom proportioned to optimize the space. What a dramatic entryway treatment that is entirely practical for seating while entering and exiting shoe removal, outside dressing., etc.
