This Clear Base seemingly disappears and the Wood Slab becomes the focus of attention of the Plexiglass Board Dining Table. The material is more transparent than standard glass and does not create glare and reflections. The structural needs of the Live Edge Wood Slab you select as the top will determine the thickness of the Plexiglass Base. Placement is such to offer maximum legroom and no knee obstruction. Every base will be custom sized and fabricated to order.
The design is also surprisingly flexible and works wonderfully in many aesthetics, however, the Plexiglass Board Dining Table works particularly well in more contemporary homes. Most recently, it has been a popular choice for several waterfront homes with vast amounts of glass that offer stunning views. The geometry of the bases juxtaposed with the natural edge of the Wood Slab blends both warmth and precision.
