This is an utterly fabulous, perfectly sized Book Matched Black Walnut Slab from a local mill. Jeffrey’s mastery is envisioning the potential beauty from the raw boards, as evidenced here. It is virtually a perfect match with a mirrored grain, highly unusual, “heart” shape in the center, and visible sapwood. The shape is wonderfully rectilinear with a slight width variation along the length. The Double Rectangle Base is simple, practical, and clean.
There is seating for 10 guests comfortably.
