Live Edge Slab WV1423-34 is a quintessential slab for those loving the lighter shade species. What fabulous coloration and sensational, unique grain patterning! These pale-colored species options are simply ideal for the resurgence of the muted color palette. One of our most trusted mills is wonderful to allow us early access.
This is one of two Book Matched Slabs from this log, all others have sold. It has the more rectilinear, slight hourglass shape. There are minor inclusions that will be secured with butterfly inlays on the bottom and epoxy resin on the top. We prefer inlays on the surface, however they are not mandatory. Having said that, solid Brass bowties would be a wonderful complement to this slab.
There is easily seating for 10 more than comfortably, likely 12 depending on the style of chair you select. At 48″ wide it is the new “standard” for most homes and spaces, and certainly perfect for any larger areas.
