The photos were true to the slab and Jeffrey was kind enough to provide more photos to me of the slab in answer to my queries. His responses were prompt an very helpful. The slab arrived in September in perfect condition, no doubt thanks to the excellent packaging. Today, it is as beautiful as the day it arrived even despite daily use and gets no end of compliments from my dinner guests. I was concerned initially about whether the change of temperature and humidity in Asia would affect the slab but it has stayed true to form. I have seen many slabs from other sellers since then and none have been able to compare to the beauty of the black walnut and how has Jeffrey has book matched and finished this slab.
