Fashioned from sculpted live edge branch planks of black walnut, this sophisticated cabinet style has its design roots in the work of Jeffrey Greene's mentor master designer/artisan the late Phillip Lloyd Powell. Although the interpretation is definitely Jeffrey Greene, the innovative structural method is a signature Powell concept. An extremely flexible style, cabinets can be custom ordered long and low or short and high. Concealed doors can be configured to cover shelves, and/or drawers. In the case of this particular cabinet, there are four drawers in black walnut with visible dovetails and silverware dividers with adjustable shelves below. In the center, there is a narrow door that opens to a tray storage compartment. The interior is as beautiful as the view in the photo.

About every two weeks Jeffrey Greene personally visits the best mills in central Pennsylvania, known as "the heart of Black Walnut and Cherry country", to select the very finest kiln dried planks.

Slabs may be ordered in specific lengths and widths to suit your particular needs (see section Wood Slabs Available For Table Orders).

Jeffrey Greene has designed a diverse assortment of either wood or metal bases that are appropriate for the Live Edge slab collection.
